3. Check raw materials and culture medium: - Prepare the raw materials required for fermentation and ensure the sterility and appropriate pH value of the culture medium. - Check the quality and storage conditions of the raw materials to prevent contamination or corruption.
2. During the fermentation process
1. Monitor the fermentation environment: - Monitor the internal temperature, pH value, dissolved oxygen level, gas flow rate and other parameters of the fermenter to ensure that they are within the appropriate range. - For anaerobic fermentation, ensure that oxygen is controlled at a low level. - Check the stirring speed regularly to ensure that the fermented material is evenly distributed.

3. Cleaning and maintenance after use
1. Cleaning: - After fermentation is completed, the fermenter needs to be thoroughly cleaned, especially the internal pipes and parts that contact the materials. - Use appropriate cleaning agents, such as acidic cleaning agents or alkaline cleaning agents, to ensure thorough cleaning.
2. Drying and maintenance: - After cleaning, the fermenter needs to be thoroughly dried to prevent residual moisture from breeding bacteria or corroding equipment. - For fermentation tanks that have been out of service for a long time, regular inspections and anti-corrosion maintenance are required to avoid equipment damage caused by environmental influences.
3. Inspection and maintenance: - Regularly check the various parts of the fermentation tank, such as agitators, motors, sealing rings, valves, etc., to ensure that they are not worn or damaged. - If any problems are found in the equipment, they should be repaired or replaced in time to avoid affecting production.
