Stainless steel jacket kettle is design to cooking both low viscosity and high viscosity processing material in food, beverage industries. Jacket kettle is design to meet high grade food standard. All contact parts are made of 304 or 316 Stainless. No dead conner, Easy cleaning. Inner surface finish adopt Mirror polish Ra<0.4um. It is a more convenience and cheaper solution than jacketed tanks, Volume for jacket kettle from 100L to 500L. For high viscosity processing material, the agitator could be customized with PTFE scraper.

5. General accessories(If required):Manhole, CIP, respirator, sight glass, mixing(Top side or bottom)
Bottom magnetic agitator with propeller impeller, speed from 50-400rpm or 50-800rpm. this kind of agitator is mixing thin viscosity , such as eyedrop, injection, CIP liquid, water, etc.
